Below are the fees for some of the available maternity services. Every situation is different so before any booking is taken we will discuss your requirements and how I can best help. * Maternity nurses are self employed so are responsible for their own tax payments.
Invoices are emailed to you and payments should be made via bank transfer (unless otherwise agreed) by the date stated. Late payments will be subject to late fees. If the booking is not an immediate booking then a deposit will be taken. One weeks payment for every month booked. This will be be used towards your final payment.
While travel is included to local jobs, the booking may be subject to a travel fee if you live further away. This will be discussed with you when booking. Parking should be provided by the client and if within London then the congestion charge will also be payable. For overseas bookings all costs from door to door should be covered.
You will need to provide the maternity nurse with food and drinks while on shift. If the maternity nurse accompanies you on outings or holidays then all her costs should be covered while away. This includes food, drinks, travel, accommodation (including on days off if abroad) and access to any activities you attend. Any out of pocket costs the maternity nurse incurs for working abroad such as visas and insurance for working abroad will also be charged to you.
